supercharge or turbocharge?

What you need is a Mad Max style electronic clutch on the supercharger so that it can be switched out automatically, or manually :-) By which time there will be sufficient engine revs to get the turbo up to speed and take over.

I personally think it's a waste of time. Sequential bi-turbo is the way to go.

what would give you more power??
No car = no problems,

No problems = Nothing to fix,

Nothing to fix = Boredom
