I want an S4!

For the inane car chat that's not really suitable anywhere else!

I want an S4!

Postby kevhaywire » July 25th, 2006, 9:39 pm

Not sure if this is a repost, but holy sheet....

925hp Supra v Audi S4. Usual affair, Supra giving it large at the start line......Audi S4 quietly rolls up......lights go green.....Audi annihilates Supra :-)

Now, considering you can get an S4 for, what, £7-£10K? and you can make it that fast (somehow!).....seems an uber bargain to me. Couple of K04s from an Audi breaker and you're looking at 370hp straight away. Hmmmmm.....

Check the clip....

To be fair that S4 wasn't exactly standard mate! There were holes in the bonnet with the two turbo's exposed!

I know mate......but I'm thinking 'potential' here.... I bet the Audi wasn't running anywhere near 900hp, but just check that uber traction off the line, incredible.

audi's are a bit dull but once you fit a set of very thick ARB's you get your kick's in a different way. Like sitting on the rear bumper of a 330ci and overtaking around the outside of a roundabout then using the mid range torque to catapult off the roundabout in 4th.

KO4 wont make that S4 that quick, hes prob runing GT28r at least. On the 1/4 mile track 4wd isnt so important as it is on the street. There is nothing some huge slicks lsd, launch control cant take care of. Its the reason you have fwd cars that run 8 second 1/4 but of course we are talking only track cars here.

The RS4 is the one to get
Sig removed as it was HUGE. Please check other sigs and re-size to a more appropriate size. Thanks, your friendly local mod-squad.
