I had a similar problem, I clicked into high beam and all the lights went off so I went to eBay and purchased the upgraded loom, works perfect now :) and took me 10 minutes to fit as all the cables come labelled :)

Hi All, Last year myself and a group of friends organised & held a charity car show at Bruntingthorpe proving grounds in Leicestershire. This year we are going for number 2! As I own a Corrado myself I would love it if we could get a good turnout of Corrado's this year as there was maybe 2 last year. It will take place on Bank Holiday Monday 25th August We do this for our nominated charity "When you Wish Upon a Star" - They give terminally ill children the opportunity to do something amazing that without WYWUAS they might not be able to do. Last year we raised just over £1200 which was incredible for our first attempt and we had over 800 people attend! Event information and link to the event page on facebook is below. The Big Meet is hosted by clubs Sittin' Dubs & Hype Culture, we have both joined together for another year to give you a fun, entertaining and hassle free Show! The Show will be back at Bruntingthorpe for the second year. The location: Bruntingthorpe Proving Ground Lutterworth Leics, LE17 5QS The Show will start at 10am. You will be directed from the main entrance Google Earth View http://www.thisisleicestershire.co.uk/images/localpeople/ugc-images/275788/Article/images/17775074/4451248.jpg There is a £10 entry fee PER CAR which includes FREE entry to the Aircraft Museum We have some awesome events happening on the day; - Static Car limbo - Air car limbo - Free Show & Shine (Will need a confirmation email) - Charity tombola - Entertainment Trophies and prizes will be given out on the day. There are also opportunities for Club Stands and Traders, If you would like to trade or have a club stand please contact us at the following email address: [email protected] Facebook Link - https://www.facebook.com/events/580642325363578/ Last years event link to check out the pics, videos and great feedback - https://www.facebook.com/events/332388010197739/ If you are all interested in a club stand that would be epic! Update: I took the corrado's sunroof out, removed the tin top and put it onto the MK3 Sunroof Mech, got it all in fitted and working, 30 minutes later when I attempt to show my mate the fruits of my labour the mechanism shears off. BAD DAY!
-
It think you should! I've had the worst day ever, swapped the sunroof for the MK3 one and swapped the glass for the corrado's metal panel. All in working then the mech on the MK3 unit breaks. Annoyed is an understatement
-
I'll probably break something tomorrow so I might need you. I'll keep you updated, haha
-
Yes, know the glass is curved so it doesn't fit perfectly. Wondering how easy it is to replace the glass with the corrados metal panel
-
Oh man, 200miles for me. I guess I'll Attempt to fit the mk3 sunroof
-
A corrado one? How much we talking?
-
I know it has been covered many times but in no great depth. To make the MK3 Sunroof fit the Corrado am I right in saying that all I need to do is swap the glass panel with the Corrado's metal panel? As well as replacing the sliding cover with the Corrado's static cover? Thanks
-
You will be my hero if you do. Thanks
-
No, it's next to/behind the spoiler switch.
-
I'd like a moonroof. I'll keep looking. If all else fails I'll go ahead with what you suggested. Thanks
-
As above, i am after a fully working sunroof assembly. Thanks
-
As above. Spoiler relay/control module thanks
