Now that's the kind of engine 'mod' I could go for.... no idea where to start actually swapping it over tho, so I think my money will stay in my ever emptying pocket.
-
I'm sure Amalgam Models will make you one, but it'll probably cost you more than buying an actual Corrado ;)
-
 It's when you get the car and it's got a white stain in the middle of the seat that you have to worry... And you can polish the turd, it is a Corrado after all. Nothing a few grand on a re-spray and re-trim won't solve

L-reg Aubergine (mmm that's a stonking colour) VR6 at Stealth today... I left a flyer with Vince...
-
Yeah but you get an extra bit of pipe from VW
-
The how-to guide is also quite useful ;)
-
http://the-corrado.net/.archive/forum/viewtopic. ... highlight= could be of use to you ;)

Ooh Hankooks! They were still shite tho  Yeah I can imagine it wasn't too easy! They're (luckily) not the softest of things in the world.
-
Aww you mean you're not gonna use those lovely Ventus ones? :(
-
 nice one 8)
-
Yeah, I think you mean the bit where he says But this, my funky little friend is a good thing, because they're not common as much like the TT ;)
-
G60Dan, looking good 8) I like your parking ;) The roof of a thatched cottage one way and the trees around the common the other way. Can't see my C from here tho :( If I'd got on her earlier I was gonna say GIXXERUK your C is HUGE... but you already did the bike is small thing, so I guess it's not funny now  Oh and every day is dress down day here, but nowt good to look at :(
-
you saying my ass is LOW?? yeah you want it sticking up in the air like mine! (ooh errr)
-
Err not really surprising that a VBR with 112 average is going to sound better than a 112 constant one. The VBR track will use up to 320kb when it's needed, whereas the 112 CBR one will only ever use 112k. But... if you just rip everything at 320k then it's all going to sound better ;) The only real reason for VBR is to get a better compression rate, but TBH you might as well spend the extra 15p on another CD-R and rip them all at the best quality you can. You'll still get 100 or so tracks on a single disc.

 those brown stuff pads sounds like they work just as well as the green ones ;)
-
He'll be able to light up the tyres even in 5th... so could be a little lairy ;)
-
Admittedly, the tyres on the front of mine were utter shite, but now I've got the RE720's on the steering has a huge amount more feel around dead center on it. Feels like someone put a new steering rack in 8)
-
And a 'big' snowfall is anything over 1cm ;)
-
Yup, I've got some RE-720's and they seem to be doing a stirling job in the crappy wet weather we've had recently. £230 a set from http://www.mytyres.co.uk

Bad translation. The guy's german. They use "Optik" to mean "appearance", so this should really be translated to something like "..for everyone into car modification.".. Spoil-sport -
Superb!  Especially as I took it...
-
But more comfy 8) Ohh man that avatar is gonna keep me laughing for a while...
-
Ah indeed, good point. Keep it looking standard, but with bigger wheels 8) Edit: Sorry, not very on the ball today... I'm bored out of my mind
-
Yeah I was kinda, it just amused me when I saw a Skoda on wheels that at first glance looked like Speedies. They don't look anywhere as good tho. I quite like the RK2's, although I'm usually like you and in favour of chunky 5 and 6 spokes. As you say, they aren't by any means cheap, so err a bit useless me posting them on there really  The Azev's seem a bit pointless to me because they look so much like the Speedies. Admittedly they're a bit more rounded, but you might as well get some Speedies for very little money and have them refurbed. Then you've got standard wheels too.
