FYI - The Audioscape pods are usually for 6.5" drivers, but as they're all hand-made they can make the hole smaller if you like.

And to re-iterate - Corrado badge is stuck on with 4 pins, 16V/G60/Supercharged/VR6 badges are just stuck on.

I was under the impression that you could only get factory AC on the LHD cars - it doesn't fit the RHD cars, so Diavia came up with an after-market system that was fitted by the dealers. It's still an "genuine" install that was done if you ordered a Corrado with AC, but wasn't actually supplied or fitted at the factory. No idea on fixing your problem tho :(

I have a picture of the new standard suspension on my last VR kicking about on here somewhere... but yes, it is comical. I even got a call from the garage after they'd fitted it to ask if I'd bought the right parts :lol:

All you need to adjust the door pins is a big spanner - just loosen them and they move around. Put it in the right place, tighten it up and Robert is your mother's brother. To change them, just unscrew them until they come out - the nut that they screw into is loose, but retained so won't disappear.

Chaps - easy way to check if it's coolant... First - it'll smell like coolant (shove yer nose in the header tank to see what it smells like, then sniff your carpet). Annd it tastes very sweet and sugary. I'm not recommending that you go licking carpet, but a quick dip of the finger and a lick should let you know. Here endeth the entirely innuendo-free post :lol:

I know that P+H Coachworks in Saffron Walden are very good, but also rather expensive. Not hugely close to Cambridge tho - I'm sure there's a decent place closer.
