ive seen other motors not run at all due to the cat breaking up and blocking itself m8 :roll: and its meant a new cat each time. im not totally sure what effect oil has on them,i think they just get blocked? dont know what i can suggest really,can anyone help further? hope you sort it m8,neil.

yep overfilled oil level can knacker the cat,id say only over a longish period though? neil. :)

aye i dont mind them sticking out m8,i quite like it in fact :D arch work will have to be done at a later date if needed,but ill still have the porsche rims. cheers,neil.

alright guys :D ive decided to go for said wheels,9x16 all round after having a couple p/shops done 8) . the thing is ive searched and seen many differences of opinion on et and tyre size. would anyone running this size and coilovers be able to measure how much room they have between wheel and coilover body? its just that on the mk1 i was able to stick to et35 when running 9x14's and coilovers,so what et do i want on the rado all round? im running fk konigsports,also any pics/opinion on tyre size,i dont mind a slight stretch. cheers,neil. :)

aye,another m8 of mine has a 3 door cossie,was running 5?? bhp when he bought it! it melted 2 pistons and cracked the block! he detuned it to around 400bhp,and is still very wary on hot days. neil. :)

that is looking fantastic 8) think it looks better with black grill and surrounds,that vr6 badge stands proud :-P and i dont think the gold centered wheels would work. but hey thats just my opinion. looks superb at the mo to me m8,and im not really a fan of any bbs! neil.

nice one m8 8) i did my own and i only fitted the entry bit where the pipe goes on,and made the same difference as your saying,smoother when pottering about and more snappy throttle :D neil.

my fk's are looking doggy round the edges,havent had them on for long :( neil.

oh ok m8,i knew it was the underside of the inlet mani you had just done,thought it may have been the same company that made the exhaust wrap. and poor focus :lol:

can you elaborate on this a bit m8? 8) today i painted my rear calipers :oops: was just supposed to be de-glazing the discs/pads but i always get carried away! neil.

ok guys n gals 8) im undecided between some borbet a's/brock b1/brock b2 :? will be keeping the design 90's too. also,am i right in thinking theres either 70mm or 68mm charger pulleys available? :oops: mine measures at 70mm,i thought there was just a 68mm? if so,how much of a difference does 2mm make ? :D cheers,neil.
