Just got the car back from the body shop today, Had a Rieger GTX RS4 style bumper fitted and front wings, bonnet and side of car resprayed also got them to remove the side mouldings which does make the car look a whole of alot better. Don`t mind the side indicator hanging out all fixed now  -
Hi Just had a Rieger GTX bumper fitted and noticed they didn`t reconnect the outside temp sensor so jacked the car up to plug it in and..... WHERE IS IT ? Where abouts is the sensor fitted? and whats it look like  Thanks Ian
-
That`s exactly where i connected mine too :-D Not a good idea to put between the FPr and the mainfold because if it breaks or fails in anyway, you will have a lose of fuel pressure not good on engine! Ian

Info is on the g-werks website now Might be tempted in this kit but like i said before, need to sort the back brakes out first :-(
-
What great timing, gonna be needed some new brakes very soon, although think i better do the back first considering the damn caliper jammed AGAIN!! But defo interested in these, Does this come as a complete kit ?
-
Nice, I made one out of a piece of plastic tube for a trial run..after 2months it had melted
-
Yep at the same problem in a Scirocco when i overtook a fecking slow car coming up to a roundabout when the throttle stuck open. Not a nice thing to happen. Turned out the throttle bodie butterfly had not been oiled for ages and stuck open :-(
-
Yep, defo be watching. love F1, hate football :-) actually i`ll watch anything with an engine & wheels in it New McLaren, same reliability issues :-(
-
Here you go m8 Not that hard to do, takes about 10mins a side to do Wish everyone was as helpful as me

Should be a manual in the box the in-pros came in! Just a matter of turning a plate on the back of the lens unit but you have to take the lights apart to get at it

Well update time again especially as i just cleaned & waxed it ;-) No real change over the winter except put some badges back on, looked a bit plain with no badges. Added a Rieger rear diffuser, not painted the correct colour yet also got myself a RS4 front bumper to fit at long last Oh and joy oh joy, the heater matrix went luckly it was in September time so wasnt to cold, but what a pain took about 8 hours to do :-( -

2_Door_fun, by the looks of it your cc has been removed already
-
No real benefit in removing the cc except cleaning up the top of the engine by removing all the vacuum lines that aren`t needed anymore plus it leaves a nice large hole directly under the airbox for a cold air feed :-)
-
I just used the orginal pipe that came off and cut it down to size
-
On this diagram who want to leave No.2 pipe longer and put a bolt in the end to block it off. I left mine quite long, got it going almost all the way over to battery , cable tie to the wires under washer tank but i don`t think it has to be that long tbh Hope that helps Ian
-
I had to fit a long piece of pipe with a block on the end to the tube on the boost return pipe, otherwise it whistles as the air passes it Hope that helps
-
Ahhh, Got the cheap fibreglass imatation one   Oh well should give the guy whos gonna fit it some fun !! He did say he was a fibreglass expert
-
Must admit might do the same thing soon, Why is it taking so long too get prices off of this guy PhatVR6 ?
-
Really like your car m8, where abouts to you live and where do you keep the keys for it  Might nick your front G60 badge idea and stick it above the bumper, quite like the look of that :-) Just ordered one of those RS4 bumpers, how bad are they to fit ? Ian

Well whats going on with this GB ? Any updates ?
