daves16v, yeah thats what i've got, very little difference, i dont like mine much tbh , its noisier and leaks a bit, as it doesnt seal very well or should i say it doesnt drain aswell as the oem roof http://the-corrado.net/.archive/forum/download.php?id=24910

oh yes , is anything ever cheap :-( , try tightening it but my guess is that the splines will be knackered on the arm
-
 just try and move the wiper by hand and you should see where its loose, it shouldnt move but it sounds like its either loose on the arm (bottom nut) or maybe underneath , i would guess its stripped the threads they are only soft, which will mean a new arm :-(
-
hopefully it will have come loose where the wiper bolts to the motor (bottom of the windscreen) (it may have stripped the threads  or and less likely its working loose underneath on the arms by the scuttle cover , try the bolt at the bottom of the wiper arm first or you could push it off a bloody cliff !! bloody cliff ...........

if it was me i would swop the back tyres (which you know are balanced) to the front before you get too involved with other stuff and see what results you get balancing usually rears its head at about 60-70 mph really , the rear is a lot more tolerant to imbalance this will cost nothing at its the easiest to see what it does :-) Paul

not really, he will have just pushed the piston back and fitted the new pads, so it could be a sticking piston, it could be the pins the caliper slide on need cleaning does the steering judder when you brake or just normally driving and at what speed did you get the wheels balanced when the new tyre was fitted ? he should have checked the run out when he fitted the pads really to check the disc wasnt warped , this would cause a judder and uneven pad wear

shouldnt a poor connection that causes heat blow the fuse ? Poor connections consist of high resistance generating heat but A fuse is an intentionally included sacrificial weak link current conductor, carefully sized such that under normal circuit operation it will pass current just fine...however exceeding its current rating will cause it to heat up to a point where it will melt, opening the circuit, causing the current to stop flowing, thereby saving other conductors in the circuit from the same fate an overrated fuse can cause problems by not blowing when it should as can introducing a conductor such as water/damp
