joebloggs69, There are a couple of video clips i got of the corrado cup car doing the 1/4 mile (clips are about 5-7MB each) http://www.haydon.plus.com/MVI_0156.AVI and http://www.haydon.plus.com/MVI_0160.AVI the best of the two was 14.05 (you can see the times in the clip) Fastest run I saw was the Audi Sport Quattro at 9.84 secs 0-60 in 2.62 Seconds, pretty impressive. http://www.haydon.plus.com/MVI_0158.AVI Results are supposed to be appearing on the inters website, not there yet though !

I was at Castle combe on Saturday too, it was the first trackday I've been to so just went to look. It was a great day, I was expecting more VWs too but it was good to see a range of cars. Had to laugh when I saw the Daihatsu Domino on the track :lol: , I'm looking forward to getting out on the track soon, but having seen a couple of loony drivers maybe at a different event. :wink: As for the cops I saw a crowd of them at the chippenham roundabout at about 10:30 when I arrived, and I didn't see any when I left.

I think it depends on the type of interface, a HEX-COM or HEX-USB Interface I believe includes some sort of dongle hence the need for registration, If like me you have a generic RS232 (serial port) converter the shareware version should work, you just won't get the full functionality. I bought my interface from http://www.andywhittaker.com and it works fine.
