Hello!

you are, you hairy slut! :fondle: Good to have you back [wards]
3. one of us isnt clever enough for this conversation, but im not sure which. im out.
4. they say its always the quiet ones :norty: good to meet you.
5. im happy that there is nothing wrong with the dubmeister plates. on that whole thread there is only one person whos said they were fined for the road legal type. others are stories of friends etc which doesnt mean anything to me. some have even shown clearly non legal plates! if i got done for mine, which have all the correct marking etc id argue it in court and then sue the manufacturers if i was charged.
6. i like seeing the updates - showing even a flawless car has a couple of things that need working on  paint colour in middle is a factory thing. i guess as soon as they stamped the chassis they put the code in the part of the car that wasn't going to be sprayed..
7. how can they 'clamp down' on something legal? fair enough, they might pull you and check the car for other things so you've drawn attention to yourself by having 'unusual' plates, but if they're legal they're legal! uk legal plates
8. quite the opposite! as the cars are getting older and rarer finding decent interiors of any type is getting harder. I sold my Ultraviolet Recaros for £650 a few years back, they'd be £850-950 now. I'd happily pay £1k for a decent set of cream recaros!
9. I was in the R32 parked outside Costa. I chatted to two guys parked up in the middle with VR6's, also saw the ice grey VR about & a Aqua VR outside Hollywood bowl. Didn't get to chat to the owners though! Were you one of the two I spoke to?
10. A while back i had the idea of smoothing the fogs/indicators and fitting a 5 digit plate in a shortened recess. I never got round to a photoshop of the shortened plate, but this should give you an idea of what i had in mind. You can get a 5 digit legal pressed plate too, so no worries about getting tugged. would love to see it done!
11. i want these! will pm to work out best way, swapping/selling etc.
12. Tough question.. Basically I'd want to keep spares of anything discontinued or perishable in good condition. Seals, roof strips, plastics, lights etc. Engines are easy enough to find, subframes same as other models etc so not worth keeping but even bumpers/wings/bonnet could be.
13. Take a look at the drivers bolster. You wouldn't even notice that repair

15. Ha.. Toby make topic is the title page. I reckon he's trying to sell vag other which hasn't been completed yet.
16. Gareth, this is not edition38. those keyrings are still available from justmatz for £12.50 delivered  I am prepared to give a starting offer of two photos of your stunning old Audi. I look forward to receiving a counter offer.
17. indeed  MAMs are fake splits so dont waste the money. 3SDMs are 18's so will ride horrible so dont waste the money. 3SDM are bringing out the 16" version, so wait for them. In the mean time, buy my Porsche wheels, as they'll sit perfect on a Corrado and you already have adaptors.
18. I doff my hat to you sir. That made me chuckle. The options are photoshop/G60 RZ's/Fake Splits/RM's/RS's. It's all about the late night ebay snipes really. Cheap sets do come up from time to time, but normally need work doing/redrilling/new dishes etc. Stop being tight and shell out for a decent set, treat them well and they'll sell for the same money. Fakes will save you afew quid upfront but you'll loose more in the long run.
19. plastic primer £15 basecoat £15 lacquer £15 + sandpaper/panel wipes etc. Painting at a garage would prob cost £60-£80 maybe less as a saturday job. Leave it to the pro's
20. g60 badges just are that kind of money now bud. i bought a few when they became discontinued and sold them starting at 99p on ebay. They always made £40-£50.
21. Even a simple change to VOG-hog would serve as a reminder not to joke about offering free pork.
