Its a simple solution... Get a good bead of weld put on the back before porting comences

1- Turn on ignition then take live direct frm battery to +ve on starter solinoid and see what happens

you havent yet touched the biggest restriction in the throttle body.. il add some text to your pic 2 later so you can see where to remove the material.

When fitting a wheel that pertrudes 86.5mm further out into the arch than the intended wheel arch work will understandably be needed...

Your missing the water hoses to allow removal of the OEM Water cooler. I will check this morning why they wernt in the package for you. -

Please ensure you use a suitable cam lube when fitting and then hold the rpm @ 2k for a few minuites to take the load of the engine.
