  4. Fitting the O2M 6 speed AWD box into a FWD car has been done before but you will need a blank off plate for the transfer box. C2 Motorsports do them. http://www.c2motorsports.co.uk/prod_02m ... _plate.asp As with the rear gearbox adapter mount. http://www.c2motorsports.co.uk/prod_02m ... _mount.asp
  5. try here....viewtopic.php?f=25&t=70171&hilit=stickers
  6. I run Mocal boost gauge and Innovate motorsports XD-16 Wide band. Also run twin inlet temp gauges

  8. It will self bleed! no need to pull off hoses and fill?! Start it up....top up level...job done.
  9. I would Guess if the pedal is on the floor it would be a hydrolic fault rather than mechanical.
  10. Welcome to the CF. The corrado has an Hydrolic clutch so either the master or slave cylinder has failed or one of the pipes linking the two have sprung a leak or you have run out of Fluid due to the leak or possible mechanical failure. Have a look around the slave on the box for any leaks.
  11. it wont come up unless its an open or short to ground,it will come up when the engine is not running..its a ghost code. but once running it wont be there. Good indication that the crank sensor is dead....injectors dont work as with the fuel pump when cranking.
  12. No worries mate, glad it was a eay fix!
  13. Beru is VW own brand and i just bought one from Euro for 114.00 quid but make sure its not a lead first bud.
  14. They are old cars now and most have high miles so problems are to be expected......but thats the fun bit aint it?
  15. sound like coilpack, fire the car up and get the missfire to start...and while its nice and dark outside have another look....you should be able to see the arcing either around the coilpack or the leads..get a good look down the hole of the lead to the plug.
  16. when its missing and you have your head under the bonnet can you see/hear clicking/arcing?
  17. Just seen this Phil....if you have no luck bring it over and i will sort it.
  18. its more than likly the coilpack or leads to be fair, under load will show up weak ignition parts, can you get the missfire on at idle?
  19. There are three main wires to the starter One is earth you can trace this from the battery earth cable to the chassis then to one of the gearbox bolts. Next is battery live, yet again trace this down from the battery positive pole directly to the starter solenoid. Third is the solenoid trigger wire, this wire goes battery live once the key is turned to the starter position, you can check if the starter solenoid has live by adding a test lamp to this wire or using a multimeter. If all theses wires are working then the starter should work,if not then the starter is goosed....also taking into account the battery is in good condition and holding a good 12-13 volts not running.
  20. you mean with a short runner manifold? there is no room to run a pipe with the alternator there etc....it could be done but the standard manifold set up is a better choise...dont think you will see any gains running SR,there will be more heat soak with the standard manifold over the engine, but use self adesive heat reflective and that should help.
  21. found one! this set-up would be ideal for the rotrex :D
  22. Toad why do you look so angry in the raddo ?
  23. Cheers James , has you know you need as much air as possible though the pre-rad. This is where it works best :) Im not cutting the bumper up Cutting the bumper on your car is a big no no! :nono: but there must be room behind the top grill and rad for that pre rad? its not that big is it?
