use a 40mm splitter if it catches. I had a mate do some ghetto arch rolling on the rears today as the wheels caught the lip. Dunno if you wanna go down that route to get wheels to fit. :grin: I did, Ive been desperate for some stance :lol:

puuting my engine bay back togeather I thought about using new nuts and bolts because some look knackered and its would be best to have them all matching and I lost a few :wave: :camp: I was looking at nylock nuts for manifolds etc, is it worth buying from vag? or will any do as long long as they are the same. what do you suggest, I also need bolts for the rad support to bolt onto the front crossmember so the engine doesnt need to be on an axle stand anymore 8)

yea no probs... i'll have plenty of pics when its together, i've fitted the manifold, its went in lovely. I didnt know it had a decat to ftw :D

well it's a fairly straight forward job but i'll look into it at a later date, but you might as well fit kentcams or something like that though?

yea all sorted now, im gonna start puting money away for paint now. Im thinking simple Oem with this car I think with some sleeper attributes

rocker cover is on now for reals :D I hope to never have to see a cam again. Timing belt and tensioner is coming tomorrow, then I'll be almost ready to start up my KR/9a beasty lol
