I dont think you would need to flare the arches tbh, just rolling them would be enough with 9's all round. Deffo go for 9's mate they look the nuts and they hold the road superbly 8)

I have only been pulled over once and that was in my old *cough* fiesta *cough* which i drove like a twat i would admit down this quiet road that i knew rather well and had a nice bend at the bottom! Anyway i was sh*ttin myself lol and the copper that pulled me was a woman .. and she was FIT :D she asked me if it was my first time being pulled over and i said "yeah but if all cops looked like you i would try getting pulled more often!" :lol: she just told me to stop driving like an idiot and go on my way!

:lol: They are the same finish all over but because of the glass coat and the curvature (sp?) of the wheels they appear lighter and darker in places etc. The lips have been machined down flat where as before they were quite round, this is mainly due to the amount of curbing they had on so he just machined them down but we both agree they look better. See what i mean though about the purple being barely noticable!! You cant make it out unless you get the right light/angle then there's the slightest tint. He said that he used about 3 drops of ultraviolet paint for each wheel which is barely any at all!

Yeah its got a coilpack. So will you be selling it then? Could you PM me with an idea on prices etc so that i can see if i have enough for when/if you do decide to sell?

You will most definately need arch modding with 17x9's i have 16x9's and rolled arches and still catch so i need them pulled. Unless you have them sitting in the arch further but then you may have issues catching the coilovers or inner arch.

Ah gotcha, mines a late VR with coilpack and transponder. Im guessing that even if yours was the same i would still need a remap anyway.

Looks great mate 8) how do you find the powerflex bushes? Is it a hard ride?

After seeing this car in the metal at UD i am now a big fan! The wheels were porn, i was nursing a semi just being in their presence :lol: and the back end looked so different yet OEM to the rest of the cars there i just love it for that reason alone. P.S Jay i was the guy with Karl talking about not curbing my wide wheels since i have had them :wink:
