Good man! They're a great bit of kit. Not used mine on the car much but I've used it on the motorbike/mountain bike and snowboarding etc and even at work to film our machines in action. If using it inside the car the sound is much better with the open case back.

Then just add Turbo!

Could this be right? Brand new VR6 steering wheels fom VW Classic?

Ditto. -
This. No matter what you get the kids/dog are going to make a mess in it so why not just get something you can hack around in and not worry about.
-
Got one with everything removed, completely smooth!

Just to confirm, the ones I ordered were: 4A0919040C x 2 357919243B x 3

When I get home I can probably dig part numbers out for the ones I got for mine mate?

I have to say I'm really impressed with you're communication in this thread Si. I haven't bought anything yet but the number of updates and details of exactly what's going on should be a lesson on how to conduct this kind of stuff on a forum. Well done mate. -
Brave man, I'd be worried about blowing up my nice headunit! Looks like a good job though.

Nice pic! Did you try to find the gold?

Have a look at my sig.... I was being facetious. Fantastic motors the 24v. No major advantage at the top end over a VR but the way the torque comes in and stays for the party makes it feel like its got a lot more punch out of the corners. And the R32 is another step up again. Clumpy is running his fairly close to standard. The one I had was running 280bhp and was a beast!

^^ What he said I'm afraid. Why replace our Maclaren F1 mirrors? ;)

Wife last night,"Couldn't fill up with fuel as I couldn't get the flap open" "Okay" I say, "I'll have a quick look". Proceed to car, open fuel flap first time. "Seems to work fine" Wife "Oh, the car needs to be unlocked to open the fuel flap?" :brickwall: I feel your pain sir.

Will car insurance go up or down in 2014?
mic_VR replied to ChrisKnottIns's topic in Chris Knott Insurance
14% drop? See-sawing rates?!? man alive the insurance industry comes out with some crap! No offence to any of the insurance brokers on here but premiums are going up and up, every single year without fail and so are insurance company profits (Aviva's pre-tax profits doubled from £309 million to £605 million last year alone) so cut the propaganda and just be honest with your customers... might be a refreshing change! -
Current height not too low. I like it to handle so never so low that the subframe is lower than the wishbones..... No matter how tempted I am to run it right down just to see And I really want a rolling shot of my car!

Corrado Part Duex - 24V Aqua Blue - She's gone.
mic_VR replied to Sean_Jaymo's topic in Members Gallery
Looks good. You'd better keep them! My weitecs were meant to be 40mm drop but it was definitely more like 60mm. Never had any issues unless I had people in the back. -
Hi guys, probably a long shot but I'm after an old model corrado for my son to play with. He's currently obsessed with my car and it's difficult to get him to go out in his mums car without some tears so I'm hoping something corrado shaped to play with will help. I've seen all the revel models etc but he'll just wreak those so hoping someone has a used one around somewhere?

Now I see the email I have to agree, scam. When we accepted paypal the guy was there in person and we'd satisfied ourselves he was genuine. I assumed you were happy they were genuine from your first post. Unfortunately we had loads of emails like that one, all the same style etc. sorry mate.

We sold our old car recently and the guy paid via paypal. We made sure that he paid all the fees and payment was as a gift so he couldn't raise a dispute and get the money taken back from us, and then we waited until the money had cleared into paypal then into our bank before letting him take it. I suspect she wants to use paypal so she can use her credit card otherwise there would be no point not doing a bank transfer which would b far safer and have better visability. I guess once the money has cleared etc you don't really care who picks it up.
