That looks awesome, anymore info?

Have you thought about the old oversized socket or torx, lump hammer and a breaker bar trick? Since you'll be putting your own back in.
-
Pic? Be good to see them on.

Ok, first embarrassing pic... I hope you're all able to keep your lunches down..

Cheers guys, daily update will be coming. I'll upload a current one in a min!

Good morning ladies & gents. Yes it's that time of year again where men (and some women) all over the world are attempting to warm their upper lips with some stylish moustaches.... and I'm one of them! That's right, It's Movember and the time for change is now! As a part of Generation Moustache, I've committed my face to the cause and will be growing a moustache for the entire month of November to raise funds and awareness for men's health. I’d like you to support me and my passion with a donation, as I fight the good fight for men’s health. You can donate to me by: 1. Donating online at: http://mobro.co/michaelcole81 2. Writing a cheque to 'Movember Europe', referencing my registration ID: 7192289 and mailing it to: Movember Europe, PO Box 68600, London, EC1P 1EF Your donation will support world-class men’s health programmes that combat prostate and testicular cancer. These programmes, directed by the Movember Foundation, are focused on awareness and education, living with and beyond cancer, and research to achieve our vision of an everlasting impact on the face of men’s health. These funded programmes are spread across the UK - please visit the Funded Programmes page for all the hairy details: http://uk.movember.com/programs Thanks in advance for supporting my Mo and helping to change the face of men's health. United we Mo Michael

I'd say it was just a sticking tappet that's taking a little while to fill with oil and free up. Almost all VRs I've heard, including my own, have a bit of tappet noise when cold.

Looks like good'un, hope you get it back. I'll keep my eyes peeled.

What's your full price mate? I might have a friend who was looking at a VR but could be convinced to deviate.

How old are you, and how long have you had your Corrado/Corrado's?
mic_VR replied to Overmind's topic in General Car Chat
This is like an AA meeting... "Hi, I'm Michael. I'm 32 years old and I've had my Corrado for 7 years...... and I've not fallen off the wagon and looked at another car since!" -
Amazing. I'd love a proper old classic.
-
^^ what Chris said.

I've been fighting my urges on these but.... Would you take £12.50 posted for the black rear roundel?
-
Stainless Radiator Brackets - a cheaper alternative.

Oooh I'll have a set of these as well if they're available. -
Great day out catching up with people, meeting new people and generally standing around chatting cars. And of course seeing RedTyphoons car was amazing to witness! Good work. Thought all the cars were really good, and some great figures. Hearing peoples plans for mods and further power always good as well. Bit gutted my car misbehaved big time, and surprised at vagcom revealed as it seems to run so well. Still, at least Sunday lunch and a cuddle with a furry amphibian rounded off a great Sunday. Hope everyone got back ok. And Matt..... I'll make sure it's clean next time mate ;)

Mines got that perm live stereo issue..... Should really sort it.... Nice car, good to see it off to a new home. Look forward to seeing what you end up doing in that final 10%
-
Yep, as above its a pain the arse to remove. Brute force and a good bit of swearing will do it but then I'd dremel off that ridge as Jon says so you can just slide it out next time.
-
Cheers mate, you're a gent! See you Sunday.
-
Chris, you got any caps for the bolts on the wiper arms?
-
 moving with the times I see?!

I think it might be confusing because Jim and Steve have posted in there.... but I guess it's because they're mods? If it helps, I prefer the closed for comments Mr VR6
