nar if i spin the turbo 180 it too high so it hits the inlet and the actuator will fowl i think on mount then anyway

the turbo is on at the moment just roughly placed, i looked at the first part of the exhaust fitting and it NOWHERE near close to fitting :( the back engine mount is fowling massively, i can only get the first 90 degree bend on on the two and im woundering what the hell i can do. A) squash the two pieces to merry hell once welded together to try and squeeze them in B) say a magical verse and hope this problem just goes away C) take engine mount away somehow how importannt it the back engine mount :confused4:

as ya can see its getting ther slowly and me exhaust the largest thing known to man

just gettin it tnite and theres not a hope in hell of her been finished in a week, im training almost every morning too for a grappling tournament im entering in june so very busy doin both at the mo :norty:

measures mine there and its 790mm or 31" ish that really long, my rad realy slim too as it had air con

sp how long is the standard radiator then? can anyone tell me as ill get this aftermarket intercooler, and did your full front end unbolt or was there bonded parts?

how thick and long is it matey as i reakon i could find a univeral one similar

the td5 cooler seems to have ports pointing bk towards engine, it would have to be long enough for clearing rad

what intercooler for me g60 t :S im buying my new one this weekend as it payday friday, it cant be too huge as it will make it laffy and dont want it too small, i have a slim radiator as my car originally had air-con, so i imagine 60mm me max thickness as anything more pushing it to fit ya think? i was 2.5" ends and dont wanna spend more that 100 quid. Ebay full of soo many i confused now so iw ant people to post up there suggestions and recomendations?

Nice 1 finally man.....mine aint 3" from the turbo, its a tight squeeze behind there.
