Is this the start of the end for parts support?

Got to agree with vwdeviant and Kev. ! If something breaks, replace it with a superior part, thats what we are doing with door handles, wipers, light looms et etc Is the Corrado going to be the Hot Rod of the future ? -

Mine went straight through the MOT I suppose ive got to the point where ive replaced everything, and it's like a new motor ! (underneath ) lol -
The headlight switch is a straight swap ! I dont know about the others, sorry, you will need the newer dash air vents. the outer ones are the same size as the older ones, but the two middle ones are not inter-changeable,between early and late.

when i lost my sensor,i bought a new one, like yours it read 50c ! managed to pick two up from the breakers :D both still read 50c :( I too posted on here, the advice i was given, was most likely a break or short in the wire, trace the wires back until you find anything ! Never got round to it, but did notice my sensor worked, sort of !! 40c on my sensor is 0c, Mine only works in the winter, as it only goes upto 10c ! I have a bentley manual but i cant find anything about re-calibration of the sensor ! Sorry i cant help you anymore, Good luck and keep us informed

Can you pull the cable, from the engine into the scuttle area, giving it more slack,so it doesnt hit the wiper mechanism ?
-
I did a search on this subject, and the thicker one is "hollow" thats why i asked if they are stronger !
-
Are the G60 driveshafts stronger then the 16v ones ? what kind of price should i be paying for 2nd hand ones ? thanks in advance
-
New windscreen didnt cure the leak, the scuttle clips are in fact outside of the "cabin" but where replaced anyway. I stripped the wiper mechanism out, and removed the sound deadening from the drivers side. Had a good clean up,and found nothing unaware there.Replaced the sound deadening with some pukka stuff i got of e-bay. Then while cutting the sound deadening in,around the bonnet release cable, found the boot/grommet had perished on the underside. Mr. Mastic soon cured that ! Replaced wiper linkage, with one i had already rebiult, nice shiny sound deadening, all is good :D

Reconditioned and installed new front wiper linkage. -
The boot does have its own "deadlock" you put the key in and turn it clockwise IIRC in this position the central locking wont open the boot !

Sorry for misleading you, it doesnt go to the rightside ofthe fusebox ! its in the middle of it, i have taken a pic (below) but it seems to be camera shy and doesnt like its pic taken ! I did manage to sneak up on it, and catch it unawares !
-
I will try and get you a pic over the weekend.
-
It clips in front of the fusebox,to the right side. It holds the rear of the fusebox cover !
