Largely agree with this. £3k top end for superb condition. Maybe £2.2k for less desirable colour and reasonable but not superb condition as the low mileage help (if genuine and can be proved).

Let me tell you where I am. This isn't my area of expertise and I can't see how I could add value. For that reason im afraid im also out.

It came back again for me last night on my Android phone. This time I couldn't even get into the forum and clearing cache and cookies didn't fix it. This morning it's gone away and im ok again. Strange.

Starting this afternoon im getting a lot of "nginx" errors staying the page I want can't be accessed temporarily. Once a thread is afflicted I can't open it again.

Washed it on impulse. Then polished it. Then got a bit obsessed and waxed it. Then tracked down a really annoying rattle that has been there a few weeks... It turned out to be the locking wheel but socket that I had left in the rear ashtray for safe keeping :D

I get that sometimes. I look at the car and think the shape and general condition is just lovely. Then I look at a small part that I'm not happy with and think it's tatty. But you have to remember how old these cars are now. I bet if you parked it next to a 10 year old average 'modern' car you'd realise how great condition it really is for its age. I know what you mean about the grille badge. I'm tempted to put my silver badge back on for a bit. Mines currently got a black badge. Not a major fan of completely badgeless to be honest. Try a standard one and see? It only takes a few mins to swap once you've got hold of one.

I'm interested in the cat as a spare. Would you sell that separately?

There is an upgrade planned for the LHC which will significantly increase the power that it works at. So it will be able to look for far more "stuff" (no idea what that stuff is though).

Very infrequently. The price reflects the rarity value rather than the value of the gains in torque. However something to consider is that while such parts are rare the market for them must decrease at some point because there will be a declining number of healthy 12v VR6 engines to put them on. The same applies to other rare parts such as Recaros with less and less cars available to put them in. WouldI buy this if I had the money? Yes, because I like owning rare things. Do I have the money? No.
