I wanted a Corrado since I was a teenager, and also when I got my C (4 months ago), both DC2 and RB5 (in good conditions) were about doubled the price of C. Great as they are, they’re not ‘twice’ better than the C. Don’t think I’ll consider the DC2 for my next car now, as I’d like to move away from FWD. Anyway, my C is a keeper! :D

Just ordered it from Motorsportworld. Spoke to a consultant via MSN through their website, and they are happy to price match Venom. :clap: Super easy process, all done in less than 10 minutes!

DC2 is a few years younger than VR6 though. However I agree, DC2 is a brilliant car; last time ‘tandino’ took me out in his, I was LOL LOL LOL. 8)

That would do me. Its not asking for much is it. RB5 (and Integra DC2) was on my shortlist prior to getting the Corrado, but it was still fletching strong money then so I got the Corrado instead. :D

Exactly how I feel! I'd rather run two cars than sink £20k on Scirocco / other new cars. Corrado + Elise Corrado + Boxster S Corrado + E30 M3 Corrado + 190E 2.5-16 Corrado + 968 S Corrado + Z3MC Corrado + Scooby P1 / GB270 / Spec C Corrado + RS2 Avant / E39 M5 You get the idea! :D All bases covered from the above list.

I still haven't made up my mind about the new Scirocco. In some angles it looks nice, but in others it looks awkward. I certainly don't see myself ever owning one.

Nasty! The worst thing is when the droppings get into panel gaps, window gaps (window meeting door) etc. DAMN IT!

How true! If you look after the car, the car looks after you. My C has never let me down (touch wood and all that). It's done almost 3000 miles since I bought it in late April and I don't even use it for daily commuting (I walk to work). 34-36 mpg on motorway cursing, 27-29 mpg normal. It's comfortable. It's quick for its age. It makes a nice noise. The engine has great character. I even took it to 1xx mph and it's super stable. Corrados are supposed to be driven, full stop. :D I love it. It'll be a sad day when I decide to sell. Have fun with yours Abdul!

You're not the first person who has mentioned this. My car needs a new exhaust and rust in the passenger side arch sorted, I think my money will go towards rust treatment first.

Quite enjoyed it (apart from SIRFC). Still would rather have the 997.2 GT3 RS than the 458 though.
