  1. I love your wheels mate, I thought they only do the G60 style in 4x100. Would love to get them for my VR. Nice one mate!
  2. Lovely car. What kind of BBS are they? They look like G60’s but yours is VR? Cheers.
  3. Very interesting thread... can't believe I haven't read this before! I'm a donut! Top work mate! Your car is mint!

    JMC's G60

Very 8) ! And the Porsche brakes!
  5. Good work mate! Reading with interest, cos my rear arch has got a spot of rust. :(
  6. ^^^ Brilliant! :D Went for a quick morning drive, the C is as good as it’s ever been (touch wood and all that). Then washed, waxed, vacuumed & rain-x’d. There is nothing like a clean, shiny C!
  7. Glad to know all is good! Any difference in mpg (Motorway / urban / combined)? Cheers!
  8. Cool motor! :D Is that your parents' car?
  9. Bordeaux Pearl is my favourite Corrado colour. I would have held out for a Bordeaux but I was kind of in a hurry when I bought my Ice Grey Violet; with my old car’s insurance running out and I managed to find this low-ish mileage sample (76k) that’s within my budget. Anyway I’ve grown to really like the Ice Grey now plus it’s fairly uncommon, so all is good! Happy motoring!
  10. We need to get the C on Top Gear/Fifth Gear again, maybe that’ll help!
  11. +1 If it was a Storm, keep it standard and mint. Anything else, go nuts! :D
  12. Same thing with the Corrado; I wasn’t too sure if I would actually like it when I finally drove one. Luckily the C didn’t disappoint (though I had realistic expectation).
  13. Oh dear  I know, geek alert indeed!
  14. Danny & Wullie, I’ve always wanted a 190E 2.5-16 Evo II, so a normal Cossie would be the next best thing. Anyway ignore me; the C is a keeper anyway. :D
  15. I’d consider swapping the VR6 to a black 190E 2.5-16 (one of the cars on my ‘realistic-next-car-list’), but would that be madness? :D
  16. Best was 36.1 mpg on motorway plus small section of urban (trip computer reading). Though I have a spreadsheet at home detailing the mileage & fuel used since I got the car (@ 2200 miles), so I can work out actual mpg from there.
  17. Looks brilliant. How wide are they? Also are they 16 or 17?
  18. Good work mate!
  19. Good work mate! I had mine upgraded to 288mm too; very good indeed.
