The Datsuns were so much fun. It's a shame we can't all go standard Corrado as I found it much more fun racing with exactly the same cars :) Then it's purely down to Driver Skill Some replays would be fantastic! Especially of the last corner of the Datsun race and when we all lagged and crashed in the first race :lol:

Brilliant night :) Looks like my attempts to sort out the handling on my Corrado have paid off but at the expense of speed. Some of you were blasting past me! Obviously need more tweaking there. Best race IMHO was the Group F Datsuns which litterally had me curling on the floor with laughter! :lol: There was 3 of us fighting for the 1st place on the last lap then just as we were coming up to the finish line somebody came up the track the wrong way and smashed into us! :grin: Hopefully someone saved the replay of that one. Sadly, my headset stopped working about 10 seconds into the first race and I never could get it working again. I've had 3 xboxes now and they've all intermitanly stopped working. Hopefully I'll be working next time :salute:

I've done 80 miles on red in my VR6 :D I can live without a low fuel warning light, however the headlight one has caught me out already and flattened a brand new battery :eek:

Depends how much are you willing to spend on it really mate :) Do you have any receipts for the leads being replaced? If not, might be worth getting them changed due to there age and out of caution. You can now order a 'kit' of red VR6 leads from VW for around only £100 now. A set of plugs should set you around £25 but again it depends on how much ££ you are willing to sort it. A new set of leads made mine run much better in the morning :) As Supercharged suggested it's definately worth checking for moisture and rusty contacts in the distributor too. The blue temp 2 pin temp sender can cause running issues as well, worth replacing for £20.

Right. as my wheels have gained a few chips over the last few months I have decided I'm going to give them a lick of paint at the same time :) I've ordered some Audi Dolphin Grey Metallic from Standox as I wanted dark, but not too dark wheels. I feel green tends to be a hit and miss colour with darker wheels. It's also a homage to my one of my previous cars. My Dolphin Grey A4 S-line (rest in pieces :( )

Pretty much like my rebuild only the other way around :) Mr. Haywire and me have pretty much rebuilt my car underneath and I'm now getting the outside done next month. Hoping it'll look at mint as yours :)
