erm... silly question - have you got rid of the LED washer jets?
-
Sweet, I'd love another couple myself but am having enough problems keeping the one I've got on the road :?
-
Mike why do you have so many Corrado's?
-
Loves: Looks (with out having to tart it up first) Driving position Vague memories of driving it Spoiler Alloys Future classic Hates: It never works Air flow meter Oil pump Ignition Wet carpets Cr4p lights Prices of parts Blue lights in rear view mirror I'm sure I've just been unlucky so far but my C's been off the road longer than I've had it on! I know that when it's sorted I'll be V happy it's just a shame that every time you think its all good it blatently isn't.... grrrrrrr! May edit this when I've got over how big the repair bills are :x
-
I've done about 23000 since July this year... only 4000 in the C though, all the rest are on my piece of sh1t company 406 :pukeleft: - which I'm determined to break! I'd say in a week I'm doing about 100-150 in the C (when it works  )

Phil K replied to kuksool's topic in General Car Chat
kuksool wrote I bought mine a few months ago for just over 3K with 69000 on the clock and a full service history. it's a '94 L 2.0 16V - Later models will have slightly different wings, bonnet, grill, bumpers and interior - so a better buy (I think) I have seen 1.8 valvers going for under 2K. Just remember that the most important thing is getting a very clean straight body - dub engines are pretty stong my old mk1 managed 190000 on its original engine with no major problems  Anyhow, welcome to the forum and happy hunting... :D -
Mine ran out on the 4th and is going in for test tomorrow!!! not feeling too relaxed with this one - I've only had her for a few months and have only had problems with it so far. Think it's all sorted now but noticed a knocking coming from the front suspension yesturday... I must have done something pretty bad in ma last life  Oh well fingers crossed eh :?

Hello mate... Whats their web address?
-
Try Atlas in Guildford: 01483 454700. Lets just say I 've had an 'interesting' driving history but they came in about a grand cheaper than anyone else for fully comp :D
-
mine has heated washer jets n mirrors. Mirrors get warm but to be honest it doesn't really do that much - just makes me touch the lens to see if they're working leaving finger marks on the glass :? ... I have seen LHD corrado's without heated jets...
-
Yup straight past mine. pm'd ya...
-
Good stuff mate... When did they go down and are there any C's in their pics? Looks like they've just sold another copy!!! Phil (btw Alex, got the pics from sunday on disk if you wanna sort some way of getting them to you)
-
C's look better for sure - But - whats better, the sound of a six pot or a flat four? It's a tough one - and I love both :D
-
I'm nearly lovin it but agree on skirts etc and think you'd have probs with MOT - no reverse or fog lights :? However would feel very proud of the hard graft every time I went for petrol :)
-
Ahh simular colour to mine then - think it's called Storm Grey, well thats what the guy who sold it to me said it was. Nice bet she's chuffed :D
-
And another: Metalic Blue 16V K***FHV going into Aldersh1t from Ash last night (wednesday)about midnightish???
-
Used to have the same problem with my MK1 Golf.... never worried about it and it never got worse or caused me any grief. I'd also suggest the alternator but don't think you should lose any sleep over it :D
-
Very nice, would be interested to see how it'd do next to my mates 400bhp 200sx  So what's your other halfs C (I'm mean her car!)like? Welcome btw...
-
Red C 1.8 16V G***HOK spotted in Worthing on tuesday about half 3/4 Anyone???
-
Yup CF spoiler would look cool on any grey C, would be seriously tempted... provided it didn't cost half of what the cars worth
-

Thank you -
um - mine resets it's self in position 1 and stores data in position 2 but I can't say I've been driving it too much as it's been in the garage for 2 weeks now :(
