id clean up the strap from the battery to the starter mount bolt. You can have the car running, put your meter on battery live and put the earth of the meter on the alternator housing ans see what readings you get

so when does the co pot function,is it all the time? or under load? does anyone have a spare?

So my car has been running lean for a while now, so i put standard pulley and chip back in last night and most of the problems have gone away 8) Im wondering if the sns chip i have is mapped for red tops? Its a stage 5?

aslong as it has vacuum, its the same. some saab turbos use em aswell

is your gauge a wideband? my co pot must be mullered as when i adjust mine my af gauge doesnt change

yeah! mine was on 431 factory set when i cut top off to reveal screw. Yours might need to be on that due to the red tops? same as andys running porsche fpr

measure between the 2 outer pins and then set the co pot by adjusting the screw. 500ohms is just a guide,the lower the number the rivher and visa versa if you measure across pin 2 and 3,then blow across the co pot, you should see the numbers change

Just curious to how you did it,just incase i go this route in the future! I can prob source all the parts as i break dubs at work!

I think my co pot is iffy, sometimes when checked from pin 2 and 3 with a multimeter, i get a reading showing its working,but its very tempramental :roll: At what point does the ecu look at the co pot? Is it all the time, or just on throttle? Seems it doesnt make a difference with the co pot plugged in or not,and if i light throttle it, it seems to drive fine? If i drive it hard it bogs big time Interested to find out exactly what this thing does Cheers adie

Toothed kit looks great but i dont have a belt for it. Would be nice to fit it next thursday on my day off! Hope you get somewhere with your car tonight,i can pop over sunday if not

As i always state, you need a modded chainwheel to do the 2 zorst cams and my mate no longer makes them and niether does stealth so its a no go really. Andrew, does this mean your 16v/g60 pulley set will be available as id be interested in that!

use standard kr cams.The exhaust cam mod was designed for boosted motors but must be done properly with a modded chainwheel which no one makes anymore

does it feel ok if you manual move linkage on the throttlebody? cable to tight? I had the throttlestop vibrate loose once causing the pedal to stick -
G60 now starting fine but running problem! !! AAHHHH!

toad have a dual circuit immobiliser so it does starter motor and ignition. -
