When ever i turn my engine off,then back on again,my g60 will bog down,and wont rev up for about 1-2mins of driving then it clears. I changed blue sender today and its still doing it. Also always get popping and banging from exhaust so guessing im running super rich. Do you think its the lambda?

Found another boost leak today.the seal on the silencer box had popped out on 1 corner! Going alot better now 1890 on mfa

bummer so 1620 is approx 9psi guess i have another boost leak elsewhere.

mine feels loads better but just think the fuelling isnt right. Can someone send me the link to the wiki article showing the mfa boost results as i cant find it?

right,silencer box had no seal in it! ive fixed that and now its boosting 1620? Need to know which pipe the ecu vacuum goes on,on the throttlebody as i reckon this is why i have the pops and bangs

im guessing its leaking at the silencer box,got a new one arriving any day. Charger is a stage 4 pitstop developements jobby. Just off now to buy all new jubilee clips

i used washing powder as recommended from henny on here

Just done the mfa boost check and im seeing 1290 so guessing still have leaks,goes better now though

intercooler was flushed through. it back fires on gear change sometimes and bogs down

Ive been running my g60 conversion around for a few days without the charger. Ive just fitted the charger but car feels slow. Ive never driven a g60 before but would of thought it would be quicker than this. Do i have to disconnect the battery for ecu to re learn or something? Im going to check what boost its making in a bit Spec is 68mm pulley boost return guessing its chipped?!?!

Only 90spec onwards digi was central electric. So if its got an 88/89 fusebox then it wont be plug n play. If it is central electric then the engine loom is only approx 3 plugs

ok ive got sns chip,68mm pulley,cat bypass and boost return. Charger is stage 4 aswell. I would be prepared to fit a secondhand head or any secondhand parts so that means my £500 will go further

Obviously a 16v g60 or 16vT would be the best bet,but we arent talking major mods,we are talking fitting the g60 thats 160bhp into a 16v which is 136bhp or buying 1 car over the other

Ive just ripped out my 2l and put a g60 in,bgger tuning scope and sound is awesome
