  3. i guess so yes,as it would register more or less vacuum or boost. I remember using different lengths of pipe on my actuator on my metro turbo to increase the boost :oops:

  8. so ive got a stage 4 charger,68mm pulley and front mount intercooler should i buy 1.chip and red tops 2.Toothed belt conversion 3.cam 4.flowed head 5.any other suggestions???????? Im liking the idea of toothed belt set up personally

  11. Im running mine without charger at the moment and its total pants! i just screwed an oil pressure switch in where the oil feed comes from head and used the smaller belt
  12. My secondhand charger turned up yeaturday,and nver guess my luck....its already stage 4 done by g werks! Spoke to darren and hes going to do a health check for me Well chuffed

  16. Ive just measured my pulley on my charger and its 68mm. I take it to run this pulley the ecu must be chipped? I quickly took ecu apart but not sure what i was looking for. Any pics of where the chip is located?
  17. think you can put the roll bar in with the bush,then angle the bracket in and then flip over If that makes sense?
  18. it all helps,weight lost at the flywheel will gain bhp at the wheels as its less of a trnasmission loss
  19. i wouldnt say easy fit but i dont mind chopping the living daylights out the car! Wont be able to tell what difference it makes as ive fitted it with the whole engine conversion so cannot compare
  20. think im goin to need a rallye u bend though which are very expensive
  21. It allows engine to spin up and down more freely. downsides can be struggling to go up hills as the lighter flywheel cannot store as much energy. I have a seriously lightened one on mine,its less than half its weight

  24. Ok so ive turned it up the other way and fitted it a bit better. Im guna get my friend to fab some different end tanks with 2" pipe that go back into engine bay. Heres some more pics
