Got my g conversion running today and found that the downpipe blows like mad from flexi joint. Can i simply undo cat flange and manifold flange and pull it out down the bottom or do i have to remove inlet manifold etc?

I cant answer that as never bled abs.Think its cos of the abs valves or something

Its basically removing any sharp edges or obsticals in the airflow

Can someone tell me the correct proccedure for bleeding my brakes and clutch? Ive had my front calipers off and the engine out so will the rears need bleeding? Do i bleed the clutch first? I dont have abs Hoping to do it tommorrow

Cos i sold my 16v engine for £1000 and my g60 lump cost me £400 and secondhand charger cost me £300. Billinjah, I normally use flap wheels in a drill for throttlebodys that i do,but il proberly hire a die grinder for the charger

Mine has 3" dia inlets and outlets so that should be enough girth for ic love making

ebay for £30 delivered! listed as front moutintercooler so didnt show up in search for intercooler! Its brand new aswell

Just won this intercooler of ebay. Its rated to 1000bhp and can withstand 5bar so should be up to the job :lol: This was a bit of a rush fit for trial and error so will tidy up soon What do you reckon?
