Damn, I thought that was probably going to be the answer. I spent ages yesterday afternoon reading various links and came to the same conclusion, early mk4's had the wrong type of shift setup. It all...

    Hi,

I've been reading about upgrading the gearbox in G60 to the CTN box to give better gear ratio's, and have also been reading about changing the shifting mechanism to the mk4 stuff. However I...

Think I might have figured this out thanks to your suggestion - the car has had a new battery recently and I'm betting one of the earth wires for the uprated headlight loom was disconnected and not...

OK thanks, will take a look at that. I'm hoping that would be OK though as I put in an upgraded headlight loom a few years ago to take load off that switch and wiring!
  11. Dash stops working when headlights turned on

    Hi,

My G60 Corrado (91) has developed a fault where the entire dash stops working when I switch on the sidelights and headlights. Everything on the dash stops working - speedo, revcounter,...

  13. Rear Bumper - Condition Not Really Important

    Hi,

I'm looking for a rear bumper (think they're all the same but in case it's a 1990 G60), doesn't really matter if it's cracked or marked, so long as the metal crash guard is OK. I'm in...

Re: Mondys Nugget Yellow G60 - 1.9 Rebuild

I wasn't sure how they'd look either but at the end of the day I decided that they'd hardly be visible once the engine is in, like you say it makes it a bit more individual :)

    Here's a few more...

Re: megasquirt help needed (IM A HAPPY BOY!)

I'd definitely second this advice! I thought I'd got mine running pretty well, the AFR's all looked good across the rev range but I just guessed at the timing and ended up melting pistons :( Well...

  21. Re: Removing the headlining - need some advice please

Yeah you just pull it out, it fits around the edges of the headlining so you sort of pull it horizontally towards the middle of the sunroof if that makes sense!

Re: Mondys Nugget Yellow G60 - 1.9 Rebuild
