    Rear VW badge removal

Got myself a 94 Vr6 on the weekend and the rear VW badge is a bit tired. Was going to treat it to a lick of paint. How do you remove it?

Iirc you just prise, very gently.. there's a couple of lugs behind it that push fit into holes in the boot.

The VW badge isn’t so bad. The carrodo script one on the other hand is difficult to get off in one piece. You’ll need new little plastic gromit things to put the badges back on, you can get these off eBay or heritage
