Alternatively if someone has the part sizes to hand I'll grab some from a local hardware place or something.

Yeah I still do them, cheaper if you source them yourself but I hand polish the heads.

Which way do you want to go?

    Hi Dave.

I am struggling to find the right parts tbh. I think they are 12 gauge screws? They don't seem to be available most places, specialists only I would guess. Im not fussed about the polishing but you'd be doing me a favour just sending me the bits so I don't have to spend any more time on it. Whats the cost these days? Polished or unpolished, whichever you have.

A slightly more complex problem to tackle next .. getting the adjuster screw fixed .. might have to resort to a couple of nuts and large washers. And then there's the reflectors to tidy up, and the glass pretty desperately needs a polish too...

Like all Corrado jobs it started out simple and now it's a bit of a nightmare.

    Cheers!

I can post out an unpolished kit for £3. I'll drop you a PM with my payment details if you want a kit?

One other thought. How do you handle putting non-magnetic screws into the inaccessible lower headlight mounts?

Put a bit of blue tack on the end . I’ve always put screws and nuts on this way , when it’s difficult to access.
