chosing tyres for my boxter rims

hi there need sum help chosing tyres for my g60 the wheels are 7x17" front and 9x17" on the rear. wot size tyre should i run and wots a good tyre to go for, ive been looking at the toyo proxes 235/45/17 on thr rear and 215/45/17 on the fronts would this be a good combo.

Do you have standard arches?

My front wheels are 7.5x17 with toyo t1-r 215-40-17 and are fine on standard arches apart from slight scrub on full lock very marginal.

 

Wanted to go 215-45-17 but asvised not to and looking at them now glad i didnt.

 

Also lowered bout 50mm

lamwagon, you'll need 40 profile tyres on 17s I reckon mate.

bcstudent, i have standerd arches at the mo but will be getting them rolled later but i want a tyre that i can run with standard arches.
