Spray Job

Recommended Posts

Jersey seems well expensive for getting my G60 sprayed, I'm toying with the idea of bringing her over to the UK - can anyone suggest a good place to try out?

My drivers door needs doing, but the main thing is the front left wing - over here the best price I could get was £220?!

about the going rate mate! especially as to do the job properly they need to blend the paint onto othe panels slightly to get the correct match

I paid £200 to have a bumper painted on my old VR6 Golf, and £400 to have the bonnet and wings blown over and blended on the same car, so its not a bad price if you ask me

who quoted you for that price?? theres a owner of a particulary very fast vrt that i believe is excellent at spraying, and he lives on Jersey.

seems like your all paying too much, I had my whole front end done for £200 and blended really well. But with mine I had the slam panel painted whilst fitted all the rest were removed to spray.

OK kempy, you got the top trumps, but where did you get it done please?

My folks are in Romsey and Sisetrs in Cork, so anywhere in the UK could be a target to get the job done properly & at a good price...

Imo You get what you pay for, no cheap way to get a decent paint job with a quality finish  all body shops charge a job as they see it, and of course if they want the job or not/how busy they are!
