  1. Worth going to see 👍You may as well be Corrado poor like the rest of us😂
  2. Handbrake cable clips fit further in front of the other clips that hold it tight to the axle. They fit at the actual axle joint with the body to hold them slightly off the car to prevent rubbing I suppose. I cant find my picture of it. If no one else posts a picture, I will get one Tuesday when I go see my car
  3. They are for the handbrake cable to stop it hanging down so low. Definite. As I was once sold the wrong items
  4. That and keeping it simple 👌
  5. Oh if having a non running Corrado means you can do it.. . I could be your helper 🤣
  6. I incorrectly purchased this without realising there is an early and late difference. So 535 853 515 2BC is for early models . Still wrapped and with its backing £20 plus postage ( what I paid), but God knows how to do this Only selling to make the forum busier 😊
  7. I am after a decent trim. The centre section of the 3 at the bottom of the windscreen. RHD. Happy to pay using the queens headed monies or the stuff that floats around in the sky 😇
  8. 🤣🤣🤣 I thought you did 👍
  9. Stand still and die Keep moving to stay alive. Trying costs nothing and if it doesnt work out for the forum, then we can return to the safety of our trench. We all want the forum to stay alive as we are here. I 100% believe the ability of adding the pictures again has revived us. And I hate asking my GF to see if something is available on FB
  10. Well the only way see if these are good ideas, would be to trial them..... 😊
  11. Well done mate. The Bentley manual confuses the tits off of me at times
  12. I think that is a great idea personally
  13. Have another look at 40.17. At the very bottom it says for VR6 engine. I hope that helps
  14. Another one off to the great Corrado Heaven 😭
  15. What is the fit like and do they do the job? That's what I would like to know. Glad someone has done these so I hope they are good
  16. It's a nice looking motor and also on ebay. Pictures always look better though but definitely worth a look. Check its History with the MOT checker and look at the usual Corrado problems. As above, I I've never had the 8v and hopefully someone will comment. At the end of the day, 30mph and 70mph max on our roads, so perfectly fine. And if it doesn't have a sunroof, then bonus. Happy decision making, Go see it 😊
  17. Toby, can we have the Wiki back please 😁
  18. Picture update as I dropped in un- announced at the sprayers. Making it real as the car is being primed.
  19. Apologies for not replying to a great suggestion. They were done a couple of years ago thankfully 👍
  20. Can you get someone to help and press down on the bonnet of the side that is sticking, whilst pulling the cable. It may just be enough in releasing some pressure. Good luck with it though 🤞
  21. It does look a lovely clean engine and worth the effort.Always love a G60. 👌
  22. I thought you must have been busy as you seemed quiet on here. All looking great, well done in getting on with it. Especially sorting the Storm 👍
  23. Are you aware that the roof trims are available through Heritage from Classic parts, not cheap though. I do have my old set if you dont want to go down the new route. And I have half a steering column housing somewhere. Are the side runners that you need early or late model. Ha dont ask me how I found out there was a difference tho. Doh ! Lilfuzzer on here was always great for parts so PM him to see what he has. I know he advertises his stuff on facebook still Good luck
  24. Great update and a good find for the radio. Loving the ignition lead remover on the bonnet stay. And what the hell is that lump of rotrex beast doing. That will be nice
