Got myself a VSR, OEM, an Eibach strut brace and an ultra rare illuminated Karmann badge ( :lol: ) over the summer. Looking for JDM projector fogs, maybe a set of headlight levellers and a 1/87 Herpa Corrado Transporter in the near future... -

The fact that the thread title says black cloth and the OP says "pics by email" says to me that pic of the grey interior is just an example of what they are like? -
Sorry Rams didn't mean to cause you any distress. I know when the time comes I'll have to do exactly the same. Obviously you need to do what the best thing for you is so all the best with the sale mate :)

Did I dream it or did someone have a set of DDI gauges up for sale on here a few weeks back? I've tried searching for DDI, gauges, clocks, binnacle etc but so far drawn a blank. Am I going round the bend, or has the post been deleted?

It's a fairly straightforward DIY using EL wire if you have a hot melt glue gun. I've just done mine and couldn't be happier with how they've come out. There's a how to here as well which I didn't find til mine was finished :lol:

Oh no sorry mate - it's something that's bugged me about mine for ages and everyone else's seemed to sit perfectly. Mine is accentuated by the oil and volt gauges now as well. I keep saying to myself I can live with it and I've got bigger fish to fry but it's always there in the corner of my eye nagging at me :lol: Keep at it though mate - yours really is a stunner :)

You don't really need regional hosts anymore though. Stick a thread up on here, get a few of you involved, set a date and a venue - job done. If you wanted something a bit bigger it doesn't take long via forums/Facebook/twitter to get the word out. Faye put a little meet together down here and although I missed out, from what I hear it was a great success.

Just read the whole thread from start to finish - stunning car Rob. I feel for you with your starting issues mate, I've chased so many intermittent faults on various cars over the years it's soul destroying but it's great when you do sort it. Got to say as well I'm glad it's not only me that's OCD with trying to get non essential items working :D Oh and I've finally found another Corrado with a wonky ashtray - that's something insignificant that's doing my head in with mine :lol:

Got the model from the mrs and kids and my mate knocked on the door last night saying "Got a present for you" - the canvas. Was absolutely gobsmacked it was so unexpected and so nice
