Sounds good. What are the spacers off of being VAG..? Completely understand about the abs rings, did you make these up yourself..? -

Are the Rear brake spacer plates aftermarket items..? And have you tried out the ABS spacers for fit..? Otherwise very interested. -
Should be able to pop them out from the inside from what I remember. Through one of the gaps to get the window regulator out. Just go gentle as I think they can become brittle.

Pete's out as it's not suitable for his charger so fully back up for sale again. Also measured the internal shaft diameter. Approx 20mm ID (19.7-19.9mm). -
Loving it Ben. Makes me smile every time I see you rolling around Flitwick.

Drilled a small hole in the sump from the outside, roughly in positioned then increased the size of the hole to allow the collar to sit proud on the front side but the shallow body of the fitting to slide into the sump material. Then carefully welded neatly both sides slowly so not to warp the sump. Measurements wise was very much trial and error. I'll upload the amusing pictures later I took of trial fitting / adjusting the location with the engine/sump on the car and fitting/AN 45 degree attached for rough clearance. Had to be loosely between sump bolt holes as well otherwise you're a bit stuck come re-fit time. You'll understand when you get it all lined up.

http://shop.volkswagen-classic-parts.de/vwcp/search/expertsearch?expertsearch=true&reset=true&searchparam=535853393&partnr=535853393 Expensive bit's of rubber Josh after postage ;) Any breakers got a spare slam panel with them in...?

This is definitely my preferred way. Allows you to easily remove the switches by pinching the clips from behind. Avoids scratching/snapping/breaking the expensive centre dash trim piece And allows you to route wires well to avoid the classic "headunit overhang" I've seen in so many Corrado's.

I'll pop some pics up of the points mentioned later.

Pete, this probably won't be identical for you as my kit is a V9 setup however it was originally intended for a Mk3 Golf and consequently to my surprise required a few unexpected tweaks. 1) 90 degree charger oil outlet fitting (supplied with a 45 that fouled the chassis leg) 2) Replacement PCV adapter fitting as for some reason this didn't fit the Corrado setup. 3) Spacer shim (2mm) for charger mounting bracket to line charger pulley up with rest of belt line (not supplied with kit to me - but is by VF) 4) Shortened charger mount bolt to allow easier fitment with all components in place (kit came with some hacked down nasty item) Things I remade or re-manufactured as I wasn't happy with the used VF items. 1) Filter housing to charger oil line - supplied line didn't fill me with confidence so remade one from some uprated fittings and oil line. 2) Return oil feed line - not supplied with kit i bought - replaced with marine grade. 3) AN fitting welded on to old sump - removes the need for "tapping" the sump which give the thickness of a VR sump I think is a bit of a bodge anyway. 4) Air filter - supplied item was too long when tucked down in the bumper - (dependent as to where you locate your MAF) That's all that come to mind for now but be prepared for some home brew / engineering as the original 'bolt-on' kit for me left a lot to be desired.

No probs. Drop me a pm with your mobile number and I'll drop you some pictures of what i have over the weekend as I'm heading to the workshop Saturday.

Arch liner wise I can't remember the form off the top of my head but what I remember is them all going rusty, screw heads mashed by previous owners etc so i would suggest finding a cheaper new alternative, think they are slide on captive nut and screw combo. Interior wise, I can just send you a selection as I can picture roughly what goes where.
-
If you can take some pictures of exactly what you need more of, I'm sure I can dig some out from spares. Just a lot of variations in size and head etc need a clarification of exactly what you need.
