  1. Hey Pete, not yet I'm afraid. Landed back from holiday yesterday and back to the south coast tonight. Hope to get to workshop this coming weekend. If you could drop me a PM Thurs/Friday, that would help remind me.
  2. Another vote for Megs. Best I've used so far and coupled with their sponge applicator (could be made for way cheaper but the case is good) means easy application quickly and effectively each time without wasting product.
  3. Life maybe too short however I only went down the new spring perches route once after finding out the cost to replace all 4 with Weitec/KW... Taping exposed threads is a good shout though. Remove and redo if you need to adjust.
  4. In my experience, I've never been able to fully un-seize coilovers on the car. Move them a little yes but solve the problem completely no. And even if you do, you tend to make of mess of the adjust rings. Bashing / hammering / chiselling etc... Best way i've found is to strip either a pair or all four off the car and using a vice to hold each one still, thoroughly soak and clean the accessible threads with a wire brush. Remove spings / helper springs where possilble and leave just the body of the coil over remaining for a thorough degrease - wirebrush - clean. They often seize or jam when they've been adjusted without being cleaned before hand so you end up with dirt/grit in the threads between the body and adjuster ring. Carried this out with 2-3 sets of Weitecs and given them all a new lease of life. Including a set which were thoroughly seized on the car and wouldn't move a inch. Re grease and then protect in some way during the winter months. That's my 2penth. :)
  5. No worries. I'll do my best to get these measurements asap however it may be week or so as working away from home at the moment.
  6. Pulley comes with a washer spacer for VF applications so I would assume you would need to use this to get the spacing correct. You current pulley looks a lot like the condition of my old 6PSI pulley which was actually causing belt's to wear excessively. My current 2.4'' VF Pulley makes a stead 10 PSI of boost accordingly to my Autometer Gauge. Much to our surprise I'm not experiencing any obvious belt slip (top end squeal). Due to your charger being a slightly different model however I wouldn't want to approximate too much. Plenty of online documentation for each charger when I was searching for the same info for my V9 however.
  7. Blurb from Gruvenparts: Got a boost addiction? Check out these 2.4” diameter supercharger pulleys for Vortech superchargers. This pulley will allow your charger to spin faster, creating more boost and more power. These pulleys are precision CNC’d from 6061-T6511 aluminum and are sized to precisely match the shaft output on Vortech chargers. These pulleys are 7 rib, but can be used in 6 rib applications that provide enough clearance for a 7 rib pulley (you would just have 1 empty rib). A spacer is included which allows you to install this pulley on VF or AMS kits. Use the spacer with VF kits, dont use the spacer with AMS kits. Pulley rib spacing is 0.140” center to center (for K style serpentine belts). These pulleys come machined to accept the standard woodruff key found on the Vortech supercharger output shafts. So I'd say yes. Willing to do a deal now to clear Pete.
  8. I have loads of pillar trim clips spare if required. They are not the same as the fuse box cover items. Fuse box cover clips are special paired push fit style which the outers often break.
  9. Plan to bring this thread back from the dead in the coming weeks... ...only a mere 4 years to catch up on.:lol::lol:
  10. Helped Nick remove this Saturday. Can vouch for it's excellent condition and very reasonable price.
  11. Buy It Now button above gives me a 404 error too. However, clicking on the listing link gives a separate "Panjo" based "Buy Now" button which appears to work: http://the-corrado.net/classifieds.php?listing=corrado-bentley-workshop-manual-187944
  12. Fully removed this weekend so ready for collection. Detailed pics to follow this evening. New interior collected also so this has to go. ***have a rather rare matching grey leather bonnet bra which i'll throw in for the right price as a bonus*****
