no problem http://the-corrado.net/showthread.php?44751-g0ldf1ng3r-s-VR6-amp-1-8-16V/page18&highlight=g0ldf1ng3r pic number 5 shows the passenger side best but it is the large black section which flow the air from the air box to the side you cant see the centre section - which i would guess has a small gap on yours which is causing the windscreen flow to be less

link works fine - you just need to look in the bottom right hand corner & click 'skip these deals & continue to ebay' - which takes you directly to the ebay page for the calendar

BREMBO retrofit on the Corrado, anyone done this? What ones fit?
g0ldf1ng3r replied to EJ Taylor's topic in Drivetrain
thanks for the reply dragon ahh i had seen something like that stated - it is likely i am incorrect in thinking i could use existing discs did you get the full kit from them? ie billet 4 calipers, rotors, pads etc? thanks -
my mechanic has mentioned quite a few time about turning the air flow down to minimum before adjusting the air direction - as like you say there is a level of resistance which can break the adjusters
-
i would imagine there is a gap somewhere along the LHS side of the air tunnel (so to speak) the air flow up out of the central heater box pretty much in a big T - where the 2 sides slot onto the middle section if there is a gap between where they join the air escapes & you get low flow - i know this as when Stealth had to put a new matrix in the VR i initially had poor air flow on LHS & Vince found it to be the air tunnel was not quite tight you may be able to remove the glove box & lower passenger shelf to get enough room to see the tunnel & maybe give it a jiggle if you want to visualise it, there is a photo on my build thread of the dash out & you can see the T air tunnel jobbie

i have been looking at the hispec site last week dragon they say they do a billet 4 which will work with the OE 280mm disc & fit under 15" OE rims but no price - what version are yours pls? from what i believe, a benefit of hispec is that they manufacture the calipers to the exact specs if needed i want to ring them but resisting as i know i will want them lol -
thats the same kind of sense & logic i was using Jim

good question i thought pressures were set due to vehicle weight etc i run the 16's on my valver at what the label in the door says

m8! just park in the birmingham international train station car park instead & then walk over - there is a connecting tunnel cost about 5 or 6 notes that way IIRC ;) ive done it last 2 times ive been to NEC i also found it easier to get out of the area after the shows - when i saw Prince last year the traffic was stacked everywhere but still got out fairly quick, jeff dunham the previous year we were out & on the m42 in a few minutes -

tidy thanks sean :) think i may go that route if it turns out to be a front caliper sticking on the VR - though im going to call hispec just to see about their 280mm billet 4 solution -

well, they have had some big bloody price increase latest from hispec site - Billet 4 Anodised Caliper Conversion Price excl vat £746.05 the conversion says for 16" wheel & a 285mm disc but ive read on there that they can do them for a 280mm standard OE size disc & fit under a 15" think ive got a sticky caliper on the VR so gona give them a ring but doubt i will be able to afford am i right that 288mm setup from mk3 golf will fit under a 15" speedline? -
winner winner chicken dinner! well done on the promo too :)
