At the weekend I reconnected the oil temp sender on my project VR Now I've upset the outside temp display....sometimes its not displayed when I scroll through the MFa displays, sometimes it's there but saying -16C to -19C! It was fine,always present and accurate before I "fixed" the broken oil temp sensor wire. The oil temp is obviously not reading correctly either, the temp increases as it should up to about 100C but if the car is standing when up to temp the reading then starts dropping down to 50C then ---- it then starts climbing again when you set off Any ideas??

I've got the same type of noise on my daily-only when its 1st moving after being parked up and forward as well as reverse. I wondered if it was something to do with wheel bearings as they're getting noisier as well? Just guessing though
