    Eventually got round to fitting short shifter easy enough to do with your great instructions. Now the one that was on my car seems to have been am amateur attempt at one ie they just cut some from the gearstick which means it no longer has threads!!! I'm not sure this is any use to you Dave however if it is let me know and I'll return to you.

    Possibly later in year other car been keeping me busy lately. Though the C will be out soon as the cavalier needs to be off the road for paint some has been done already more to do yet. Thx for asking bud [emoji3]

    zak it is your car mate all this don't break it if it was these people saying that in your position and they could get more money breaking it believe me they would break it. By the looks of your car with the recaros and rs's it easy worth over 4k even needing some work 2.5k is too low mate don't sell it cheap. Like ChrisL has said you could get over 2k for the seats and rs's separate.
