Jon TDI 0 Posted January 3, 2003 Yeah, I use it every now & again. It makes the rain droplets slide off the windscreen at speed.

Andi 2,147,483,647 Posted January 10, 2003 I got some Rain X too. Then the snow came. You can't apply it in near-freezing or below temperatures! Glad I didn't though. Doing some electrical work on the car and heard a funny noise whilst the heater was on. Now have a 30cm long crack in the windscreen about 10cm from the bottom, right in the middle of the drivers side. New windscreen next Thursday hopefully - soonist I could get it under insurance. Now that would have been a waste of RainX!!
G60 0 Posted January 10, 2003 i use rain x all winter... they make a yellow formula that won't freeze and works wonders. the stuff i get is just like washer fluid, but yellow. maybe you guys use something else across the pond.. corrado wipers suck. get the redesigned replacements. about $65US.
