I can imagine the anger on the face of the owner of a spanking new Skyline R34 coming out to his pride and joy one morning, only to find a few scratches in the paint from a screwdriver where that badge used to live! I found one where the only modifications to the car were a 'cherry bomb exhaust', a Vauxhall sunstrip, and some 'Jap graphics' down the side. Jim 2 Posted January 8, 2003 I dont mean to take the piss out of them really.. but what I don't get is why they bother... On the one side, you have the guy who puts a few stickers and a sports exhaust 'tip' on his car and then proceeeds to thrash the arse off it for a few months before it packs up. Then on the other side you get the guy who gets a 2.0 16v engine, Quaife diffs, new gearbox, suspension, etc... but at the same time its a frigging Nova, and for the money he has blown on that he could have bought a Toyota Supra 3.0i Twin Turbo, Corrado VR6, Celica GT4 - you name it.
