jedi-knight83 0 Posted April 16, 2005 Check out my new alloys. IMO the best looking wheel on the market still!! more pics can be seen here http://www.nathanwillits.com/cars.htm
VR6 0 Posted April 16, 2005 Looking good matey! Thought the S3 had chrome mirrors? (I know nothing about the S3, so forgive my ignorance!)
Tekara 0 Posted April 16, 2005 Have to agree with you they are fantastic wheels.

jedi-knight83 0 Posted April 16, 2005 Cheers VR6.. i did have the alu mirrors (they were a £500 option when the car was new) but they were a bit bling bling for my liking so i swapped them for the colour coded ones
Furkz 0 Posted April 16, 2005 is it me or does it need a bit of lowering looking good though
jedi-knight83 0 Posted April 16, 2005 yeah it wouldnt hurt if it was a bit lower but hey... it looks fine i reckon.
Furkz 0 Posted April 16, 2005 but 10mm can change that from looking fine to awesome has i found out today,,,been chopping arches and lowering car using spacers jus to see what differences a few mm here and there makes...def worth experimenting some combos looks absolutely stunning
jedi-knight83 0 Posted April 16, 2005 i'm keeping my eyes open for some H&R's but i'm not too fussed if it doesnt get lowered for a while. how can spacers help anyway?
Furkz 0 Posted April 16, 2005 no i was jus saying (abt the spacers) i wanted h&r's too but couldnt afford them full price and couldnt find any at all...good luck most prob worth the wait
JoeNose 0 Posted April 16, 2005 Very, very sweet! Are you still quite happy with your decision to move on from the corrado?
jedi-knight83 0 Posted April 17, 2005 yes definately.... will always have a soft spot for the vr6.... but hey you gotta move on at some point.
theRuler 0 Posted April 18, 2005 what a smart looking car. and yes chrome (lol) mirrors would suck
Jim 2 Posted April 18, 2005 Yeah - the RS4's are some of my fave wheels too. If I do get a MK4 Golf, which I am still wanting to do, its a no brainer as to which wheels i'll be aiming to get for it ;)
dinkus 10 Posted April 18, 2005 Yup those wheels look the daddy on most pretty much any newish (i.e. Mk4 Golf onwards) VAG cars 8)
Stormin Dave 0 Posted April 18, 2005 Wheels look great. Car looks great as well but IMO could do with some shaping at the back end to slacken of the boot and maybe chuck in an adjustable spoiler or something.
jedi-knight83 0 Posted April 18, 2005 jimsG60.... i have been off the forum for a while... are you swapping your car then?? going away from the corrado like i did? if you do need those wheels use Leigh tyres!! fantastic service and great wheels. Stormin Dave, i need to get a small dent in the boot removed soon... maybe i can get the active spoiler added then :)
dinkus 10 Posted April 18, 2005 IMO could do with some shaping at the back end to slacken of the boot and maybe chuck in an adjustable spoiler or something. Yeah definitely, that boot looks far too much like you could fit something of a useful size in there. Need to do something about that

Yeah - Corrado's already gone mate. Sold to first viewer. Been without it for just over a week now.. waiting for pay day at the end of this week so I can do a bit of money juggling and will be looking for a MK4 Golf TDI (or something similar).. plenty in my price range :) Just a bit bored of the insurance and running costs again, and had a great year with it so decided to sell up whilst on a high with the car and move onto something a bit more sensible for a bit. jedi-knight83 0 Posted April 18, 2005 dinkus, hell yeah...you can fit all kinds or useful / useless stuff in there... actually got my friend in there the other week to smuggle him into centreparcs..... lol jimsG60, sounds sensible...actually sounds like me... just had my corrado all sorted and didnt really want to wait around for anything else to go wrong lol
