This may seem like an odd question

I have a '90 1.8 16v in red, and it has leather interior.

 

Was wondering if this is common, because i haven't seen anything lower the a VR6 with a leather interior.

 

what do you think or Know?

twas an option on any model wasnt it?

 

if you find a freindly vw parts department, they will be able to decode the sticker in the boot and let you know if the interior was fitted at the factory or not.

One of my friends had a blue 1.8 16v for years which had beige factory fit leather 8) There's quite a few G60s around with leather, and a few valvers, but yeh, seems to be mainly VR6s.
