What other seats fit a Corrado??

Going to fix the drivers seat in my girlfriends corrado soon but the car needs to be driveable while i'm fixing it so.....

 

What other seats fit a corrado that we could use?

 

Golf? Passat? etc

Mk2 golf seats fit but sit a good bit higher than c seats. Still driveable though.

I think VW runners are fairly similar across the range - especially cars around the same era... you will find they all sit too high though as the C's seats are fairly unique in how low they go! if it's only for a couple of days though you might be alright :?

i think the closest you will get to low seats like the C is to use scirocco seats

How are you going to fix the seat? It feels like one of the springs has gone in the bottom of my seat as I'm now sitting lop-sided! Also the bolster for the back feels funny. I thought I'd have to buy a replacement seat but the trouble is finding a decent one.

 

I'd appreciate any advice on ways to 'fix' the seats.

 

Then I guess I better stop eating so many pies!!

A couple of deck chairs will fit in a Rado OK.....

Thanks for all the suggestions guys.... Just so hjappens there is a scirocco being broken down the road so i'll give that a go. If not a golf seat.

Oh yeah the repair i'm doing is because the frame of the drivers side bolster has broken, just need time to get it apart so it can be welded.

Mk3 polo seats fit. GT and G40 drivers seats are height adjustable too (not as much as the rados though)

This might be a stupid question, but could mk3 and mk4 golf seats fit in a rado??????

It's just that the recaro mk3 and mk4 interiors are really nice,,,,

mattosmond, yup, most of 'em'll fit, but they'll sit MUCH higher up as the bases are taller than the Corrado ones...
