fla 9 Posted November 9, 2006 My headrest support bars are a bit cloudy and need a polish. You can t really get a proper shine in situ. Bally 0 Posted November 9, 2006 theres a black plastic retainer.. you need to press the button to release the headrest & pull it.. the headrest has notches so everytime you pull you'll feel it get stuck.. repeat the process.. I had to remove the circlips on the top of the runner channels and gradually ease the headrest off, plus it kept on moving on the upper section whcih made it quite fiddly.
