Rear Seat Back rattle

The backs of the rear seats (covered in fabric that open in the boot) seem to be the cause of an annoying rattle. I want to put some foam in there, but i have NO idea how to do so. Does it mean taking the seatback apart? Does anyone else have this issue? If so, how did you solve it? Maybe it can be screwed down?
