Need a piston ring supplier worldwide

Help needed. I have a 1994 german VR6. Did all the engine but haven't been able to find the piston ring set (2.9L, 82mm). All I could find was the North American version (2.8L, 81mm) which won't fit, or a complete kit including six pistons I don't need. :( I'm located in South America so I need a worldwide supplier that will take my international credit card. Thanks

Have you got a VAG dealer nearby?? - I think you just need 021 198 155

 

You will also need the plastic compression tool which a VW dealer should have or be able to order

As for my request, I tried 3 different local dealers and they just won't go through the hassle for a single customer, best delivery time offered: 3 months! :mad: Absurd. I however have a friend in Spain who's coming in three weeks,so I'll try to contact German VAG dealers...my concern is if they'll be able to deliver in time before he leaves...I'm not quite sure local Spanish delaers will carry the part, though..any recommendation is welcome.
