Laughingboy 0 Posted January 31, 2007 Just wondering how hard a job it is to remove window tints. they don't look like professional ones... more like sticky back bin liners to be honest! Its the adhesive that I'm worried about as surely its going to be a real sod to get off. Just need to get rid of them as they are just bloody horrible, I like a nice light smoke tint but this pitch black pimpin' limo stuff is a bit Chav. I'm past the age of needing to hide what I'm up to with my "ho" in the backseat so they've got to go! Cheers for any help

_Tony_ 0 Posted February 1, 2007 Pick at the top and then peel it off, try and do it in one smooth motion not too fast but not too slow, you will know what i mean once you start. You should just have a bit of glue left where you picked at the tint to start and maybe a couple of thin lines if your a little hesitant peeling off the film. The glue wipes off pretty easily with a rag with a little white spirit/thinners/parafin.
