mattnorgrove 0 Posted February 28, 2007 Anyone ever owned or driven one? What are your opinions on them? How would you compare them to the C? Seen a few on PH lately, and they're looking well tempting...
swfblade 0 Posted February 28, 2007 mmmm S2..... I love em, but from what I've heard can a bit pricey on parts........
mattnorgrove 0 Posted February 28, 2007 Really liking the look myself, seen a few for VR6 sort of prices, but you've already got the Turbo, 4x4, and a galvanised shell.... So tempted....
herisites 0 Posted February 28, 2007 Awesome cars and bloody rapid but have also heard that they are VERY expensive to run :( I also love the RS2 avant 8)
Walesy 0 Posted February 28, 2007 I wouldn't mind a set of the leather seats from the S2 in my Audi Avant tdi I know that much! - Or in the rado for that matter! I don't think you can compare a coupe with an estate, totally different ball games really.
veedub 0 Posted February 28, 2007 Stunning, I love them and the noise is enough to make you cry with joy!!

vr6storm 0 Posted February 28, 2007 true but they are bound to be different weight wise and handling wise
herisites 0 Posted February 28, 2007 These are one of the cars i WILL own one day. The corrado was my first dream car and now i have one and the VR6 as well which is wanted. So one day i will own an S2 or to be practical an RS2 avant
yalan 0 Posted February 28, 2007 I've had two so far (and two corrados!) both coupes. Very rewarding to drive especially with a couple of the basic (almost prerequisite) mods. Heavy cars but still move well. My first was excellent and cost me virtually nothing during ownership. The second was a bag of **** and the worst car I've owned. Cost approx £3k in 12 months. I'll not buy a car that has had 'engine work' done on it again.

jazzdevil 0 Posted February 28, 2007 I don't think you can compare a coupe with an estate, totally different ball games really. The S2 is Coupe & Avant... they did make a full set... from memory the saloon was a very rare beast here in Blighty though. i'd take any of these: ...but probably not this one?!!? :cuckoo:
Rob Heath 0 Posted February 28, 2007 I would like one of these, not as a replacement for my corrado. My dad nearly brought one of these about 3 years ago, but the garage wouldnt give him a decent price for his Jag, so he brought a Saab V6 instead :censored:
Andy665 0 Posted February 28, 2007 I'd love an RS2 Avant but never been too keen on the S2, most road tests seem to reckon that it was very soft in terms of responses whereas the RS2 was a totally different animal
