Exhuast fitting query

Hi fellas

 

Just wanted to rack some grey matter. Ive a 1990 1.8 16v corrado. Been offered a powerflow stainless exhaust :D Its off a 1992 G60. Whats the chances of it fitting???

Should be fine, although the G60 zorst will prob have a cat where as your valver does not. You would need to source a part to replace the cat.

according to the guy hey says it dont have a cat as it was for a '92 G60. So my guess was it'll bolt straight on?

My G60 is a 92 and has a CAT.

Anything past K reg should have a catalytic converter installed from the factory as per government legislation.

 

Perhaps this was an early 92 or late 91, who knows?

 

see if you can get pics up or link to the item online somewhere then people should be able to help a bit more :)

More than likely he meant that it came with a CAT but it was removed because its not required for MOT as long as the car was registered before August 92 (I think) 8)
